Hi Guys, How the days going on. Seems like we are taking too much gaps right. Well don't worry guys, i actually worked on one new project. It was completed yesterday. I uploaded in my social media also. Look at it and tell me your opinion. Soon i will make a post on it.
Well why we came here is, as you seen the title Clip Suspension. It hears weird right, but i named it like that. You may get in your mind what it is like Clips and Suspension. Yes as you regularly use the clips right, mostly girls use them haha.
When we observed that it works with help of a spring like torsion spring. When we applied a force of one arm of the clip , the spring will twist and when we released it will come back to its original position. So with that concept i applied the same concept in suspension. It can be called as Torsional Suspension also.
So i used this torsion springs instead of compression springs. It will be worked exactly as normal suspension springs, but the reaction force will be maximum than normal springs. To avoid that, the stiffness of the spring will be managed. In that way, the clip suspension works for the vehicles, where we can hide this part and makes the look of the vehicles more better. If you still didn't understand.
Let's take an example: Take a thin metal sheet or wire or any plastic material. And bend it with some angle. And you can see the shape changes also. Well when we bend the plate to the particular angle, it will not be at the same angle, it will try to get into original position, again u apply force , it will again reflect. Now put a heavy load on it. It will swings up and down, where it can't come to original position as well as it cannot be compressed. In this way the metal works as suspension.
The same concept is applied here. I used this concept in bikes, where i didn't used in other wheelers. Because the leaf springs are already there for them. But it works excellent for the bikes.
Here in this Hubless Wheel Bike TiTle. I used here. When you observe the design, you can't find the suspension system as well as the transmission system also. It was designed hidden. Where you can see the frame arms of real wheel ( yellow in color) the springs are hidden in them. So the vehicle will move smoothly and stylish look of the bike.
