Welcome back to our blog. This is your Chandra. Before going into the topic, how many of you working? how many of you are struggling due to the work load? Every day having body aches feels like disgusting because we cannot rid of them. Mostly to our hand workers. With a single ache the day will not finish.
Well i also have a bother with the same problem. He used to ask me give him a massage daily to legs mostly. But honestly i do not like do it. Because it makes the same pain for us too. One day i am done with is daily duty before sleeping. So this idea came into my mind. Why don't we design a massage machine. Yeah, we already have a bunch of electronics where to reduce the pain.
But how many of you know using of the continuously causes some health issues. Yes it is right, because these electronics are working with vibrations where these will vibrate our muscles faster continuously. It gives instant relief but not the permanent relief. Even those cost is high. We cannot effort them just for a one day ache.
As a mechanical designer, i thought, why can't i design this machine and i implemented this idea and finally i made it. A Legs Massage Machine. This is very simple design and can be adjusted with the speed controller. This machine have a pedal system, a bed and two motors.
Working of the machine
It works very simple. We just need to switch on the motor and set the speed limit. The pedal system have motor where to rotate the pedal wheel. And the another motor is used to move the pedal forward and backward. The pedal legs and bed are made with the comfortable material used. The person will sleep on the bed, where the pedals will massage the legs or body as the human did like who massaged to you usually.
I designed this as a model. But it can be design perfect work. Here is the video demonstration showed below. I am sharing the files of the model also. if you want you can download them for free.
