Electric Engine with Automatic Transmission System

Hello Guys. Welcome back to our blog of Innovation into the series of blitZ. Today our topic of series which is the power of the vehicle is Engine. We should not called as engine, it is called as Electric motor.

Well guys, we already know we designed three models of blitZ SUV and each one have its own specifications even with the Power source also. So i am going to explain and show you the main electric engine assembly with the files.

Our main theme of the designs is Electric Mobility. By focusing on the theme, i designed this electric engine. Plus Automatic Transmission System. 

What is Automatic Transmission System :

Vehicles need a transmission to transfer the power from the engine to the drive shaft and the differential to let the wheels turn. The transmission varies the torque, the speed and the direction by changing the transmission ratios and enables the car to start with a high torque. An automatic gearbox, or automatic transmission system, is a gearbox which, after switching on the gear, does not require manual switching.

Even there are different types of transmission system, are CVT, Planetary System, Torque Converter etc,.

The parts of the electric engine are :

• Electric Motor's (2)
• Planetary Gear System
• Gear Relations
• Casing 
• Fan

Working of the Electric Engine 

The Electric Motor is connected to the battery. Then motor will run the Planetary Gear System which is also called as Automatic Transmission System. This power of motor will transfer the power to the transfer box. And we already know about the Transfer Box.
